Who we are

MyTawny builds AI receptionists and websites for local service businesses. It is run by Kip Lee from Savannah, Georgia. When this page says "we" or "us," it means MyTawny.

What we collect

Forms. When you start a trial, order an audit or ask for a preview, we collect what you type, such as your name, business, phone, email and website.
Calls and texts. If you call or text Tawny, we keep the number you used, the conversation and any details you share, so we can answer and follow up.
Chat. If you chat with Tawny on our site, we keep the conversation.
Payments. Card payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
Analytics. We see which pages people visit and which buttons they use, so we can improve the site.

How we use website data

Like many businesses, we use analytics and advertising tools, including a visitor identification pixel, to understand who visits our site and to follow up with people who may be interested in our services. These tools may collect information such as pages viewed, device and browser details, and, through our data partners, business contact information. We use it only to contact you about our own services. We do not sell your information. Every marketing email from us has an unsubscribe link. You can also reply "unsubscribe" and we will take you off the list.
